Subject: Turbo charger blown???

I have got a 1998 Saab 9.5 2.0 LPT. I just noticed a large cloud of blue smoke when leaving the highway. If I start the car there is a blue haze, and when I put my hand behind the exhaust I get small oil drops on my hand. Suspect the turbo is blown or the seals have gone. I noticed more of us had the same experience. I will see the Saab dealer tomorrow, but to give a benchmark does anyone have an idea what a Saab dealer (preferably in Holland) would (or is supposed to)charge for a turbo change? gr Gert.
