I kinda lost who the OP was, however, I wanted to say that I bought my car off the internet. It was posted in a local newsgroup that was just for things for sale by local NON-commercial interests. You know, people selling washing machines, old computers and the like. The good part was, that he only lived about 30 miles away from me, so I was able to see it directly after driving out to his home. Twice. But it was listed on the internet only. Here is an interesting note however. He bought it from a guy off eBay! Twice through the 'net.....:^) And it's been pretty well maintained too. (And I suspect that the transmission has been replace because it makes no noise and has a dipstick for the manual transmission fluid. Even better!) Brandon Thomas 1988 SPG
