Dealers love leasing because it lets them "put people into cars" for less per month - and they are always trying to sell the monthly payment, not the purchase price. They don't care that you are getting a terrible deal and will be left holding the bag in a few years. But, people like to live in a fantasy world and believe that they can afford, in fact, really _deserve_, a car that makes no financial sense whatsoever. Bob
