Subject: Audio functions disconnected from steering wheel

I have a problem with my 2002 9-3 2.0lpt The audio buttons on the steering wheel don't work anymore and the SID display no longer shows any audio related info. I have had this before occasionally, but switching the radio off and on again via the pushbutton function of the volume knob always corrected the problem. Since a couple of days however this does no longer helps.... The radio/cd player still works, but can't be controlled from the steering wheel anymore. I have removed and reinstalled the fuse in order to reset anything but this doen't help either. When the radio is on at the moment I switch off the engine and remove the key it no longer shuts down, nor does the antenna retract. These problems started after my cell phone - a Nokia 3310 - had been installed by the dealer. They already searched for a loose connection but could not find anything. Has anyone experienced this problem and - more important - how is it solved? Any suggestions are welcome Regards, Tom
