I had the DI Pack problem, but at a considerable higher mileage ~60k. The effect was very irregular; it would come and go until the car eventually stopped dead. Although only one coil had burned the insulation, I suspect that the 400V will be drained from the entire DI thus affecting other cylinders. My bet is the head gasket. Johannes
