I use it very seldom, but that's merely a testament to the fact the car
performs utterly well in standard mode. In almost any everyday traffic
circumstances, the performance benefits seem negligible. On a windy mountain
road -and I know some from riding m motorcycle- the sports mode introduces a
bit of extra fun factor.
