Subject: Clunk noise in driver's side front wheel

Hi All, Have lurked for a while, as a new SAAB owner and absolutely loving it I have learned a lot, thanks. I have a 2002 93 convertible, owned for about 6 months. Occasionally when cold I get a loud clunk coming from the right (driver's side) wheel when eiher braking hard or turning (or both)...however it only occurs once, doesn't seem to happen after the car is warmed up. As a relative novice when it comes to things mechanical, is this something to be concerned about, or is it just the ABS or similar? Thanks in advance PC
