Yes, ignore the email, complain to the host for the site advertised. 
In this case, the immediate upstream host is www.databeacon.com. The
host beyond that is the listing above for the GT Group. Storybook.com
appears to be owned by databeacon.com (same company) so I don't think
it's worth sending complaints to databeacon.com. 

Send a copy of the original post along with your complaints to their
web site and NNTP provider www.gt.ca. Be sure to note that this
customer violated their AUP here:
