Sure, just carry a towel, as you might get some serious drippage between the tops of the windows and the convertible top. I usually go through with my wife and we each have a rag, to cover both windows. Drippage varies with each type of car wash, usually heavier by back windows. I even take my '97 through touch washes, most often the easier kind with waving fingers of cloth.
