It gives one standard size slot and one storage area instead of the original audio unit. The Saab article number for this kit is 400 106 662. In more flexible markets, outside of the US, the 9-5 can be bought without audio with audio preparation (with the above mentioned kit and 4 speakers) with audio system 1 (4 speakers) with audio system 2 (7 speakers) with audio system 3 (8/9 speakers) with audio system 2 and integrated navigation with audio system 3 and integrated navigation > Saabs > still have old repair issues which haven't been taken care of for years by > Saab.
