Well, my muffler finally crapped out the other day so I went in to a muffler shop for an estimate. Seems the pipe to the front of the muffler is broken so I'll need everything from the cat back. $500. for a generic pipe & muffler??? If I'm going to spend that kind of money maybe I should spend a little more and get something better. saabnet.com seems to recommend JT exhaust but Jouko http://www.netma.fi/jouko/saab/performance3.html calls it rotten. I don't want to spend a lot as they say. What should I get? I'm in the US.
