I live in Colorado in the Boulder area. Erm - your car *doesn't have* struts. It has a double wishbone setup, with separate damper (shock absorber). On a car of that age, the following components will have seen better days: *ball joints (2 each side) *track rod ends (1 each side) *front shocks These are all pretty easy to replace, and will make a huge difference to the car's handling. The only tricky part is unloading the front suspension. To do this, you'll need to insert a spacer between the lower wishbone and the body panel. The purpose of this is to keep the spring compressed. Take a look, you'll see what I mean. None of it is dangerous or complicated. But you definitely don't have struts. If you want to do the work yourself, get yourself a Haynes or Bentley manual. -- Grunff
