I have just had to replace all three bulbs. It's a pretty simple job. Remove the dashboard top by first removing the screws by the speakers, then the one at the inner top front of the glovebox and finally the bolts under the speaker grills. There are two bolts that hold the instrument cluster in, make sure that when you remove it you don't lose the rubber bits at the bottom of the cluster that fit into channels. Then it's a case of removing all the plugs so that you can rotate and remove the instrument cluster from the car. If memory serves me correctly, the bulbs are within the display unit which is held onto the cluster with a few screws. More hassle than anything really but less than an hour job. David.
