Aluminum welding can be done, I think it requires TIG gear and is probably not worth the expense to have done and then try to sell it as used. After all, if it warps even a tiny bit being welded then it's useless. So, after you pay for some pricy welding, you are selling a used, repaired, possibly warped oil pan. I'd find a local aluminum recycler and cash it in. If it weighs a few pounds then it might be worth the ride. (It also might be an alloy; I don't know if they want alloy). Bob
