The tensioner(s) are probably OK though - I only had the tensioner for the balance chain replaced because one of the guides had broken and the chain was running directly on the tensioner causing it to wear. The timing chain tensioner was/is fine. If you've got a B2x4 engine with counter-balance shafts you will 'want' to replace the sprockets as they wear quite badly.
