'lo all first post here after picking up a fairly tidy 1984 99GL for all of £100 (UKP). The car is in reasonable shape, though it needs a few bits and pieces to pass an MOT test. On first inspection I noticed one of the headlight lenses is cracked; does anyone know who would stock a new unit? Are there any other headlamp units from other cars which would fit? Any recommendations for suppliers of 99 parts would be much appreciated. Also, a bit of a long shot here, but does anyone know of any garages which specialise in the repair of older Saabs in the Glasgow or Lanarkshire areas of Scotland? I aim to do as much as I can myself in the upkeep of the car but a Saab specialist to fall back on would be handy. Thanks in advance Gerry
