Subject: Re: Investigation of 1sourceautowarranty.com

I am sorry to hear about your bad experience. However, I have nothing but good things to say abour 1sourceautowarranty. In 2000 i purchased a used (off lease) 9000CDE from a used car dealer in Riverside CA. The car had about 63,000 miles on it and knowing from previous SAAB experiences about the cost of repairs, I purchased the Platinum warranty from 1 source for about $1500. During the next three years, they replaced the Automatic transmission, the Timing Belt, and several other smaller things for grand total of over $8,000 out of which I paid nothing. Is there some kind of official investigation into this company? I was not aware of any. Based on my personal experience with them I would have to say that I would purchase an aftermarket insurance policy from them again.
