Subject: Clutch cylinders: new vs rebuild?

With the recent posts on hydraulics... It _seems_ that most folks put in a new slave cylinder when doing a c900 clutch job, commonly(?) buying a clutch kit that comes w/the new slave cylinder But what about rebuilding the slave, as long as the cylinder's good internally, w/AP or Lockheed(?) seals? What is the downside to doing this (other than probably more labor)? Are they somehow more prone to failure? And rebuilding the master cylinder vs new? Thank you Lance
