looking at used 40k miles from original owner hoping to purchase for less than $10k auto/sunroof/turbo but not se is reliablity an issue? electrics? auto trans? engine/drive train? can non-dealership adequately service the vechile? thoughts as to the 99 9-3 would be appreciated. thanks in advance rob
