Agreed that the cs & cse are much more desirable...just a more solid car.. Is it a four or six cylinder? The fours run forever, but I'm not sure about the sixes... It may have been an opel six , which I believe needs timing belt replacements at specified intervals, unlike the fours that have chains.... Price seems reasonable for those miles....
