Not sure if you have resolved this already, but on the 2.3l engine there are two bolts underneath the belt tensioner mounting plate on the right side (facing the cover). The entire tensioner assembly needs to be removed to access those bolts. The tensioner is held on with two bolts and a torque screw. -Fred --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
