I've got a really good relationship with my "tire guy"; he's a Saab person from way back, etc. I also wonder - the $275 the complainer mentions - does that include the alignment check he claims he had done, or just mounting/balancing the tire? (not that I really care, I'm just pointing out an inconsistancy in the story)
