I limped back to the hard shoulder to find that the inlet manifold pipe had come off at the throttle body. I just about managed to secure it with a pocket penknife screwdriver, it did pop off a couple more times but I couldn't believe that this large rubber hose could cost more than £100 which is what I was quoted!!! For that price, I'll just fashion something thanks. David.
