Does someone know where I can find the newsgroup-charter? I've tried
Google but either I didn't look properly or it could not be found.
I would be especially interested if it mentions something about the
language to be used for postings. I've already seen several posting to
this newsgroup in French and a Scandinavian language to which nobody
complained.
