Funnily enough I am an AA patrol (with a G reg 9000) and the best way I have found with really stuck wheels is to do up the bolts and back off three flats and drive the car around the Asda car park, in the unused end of course, in a lively manner turning in both directions allowing the weight of the car to do most of the releasing effort. (this is not the way the AA would advise though, they might advise taking it to a tyre specialist on a truck for attention) the above driving usually sorts it in a few hundred yards...
