I have always had to pay Customs duties on everything and UPS seems to have a minimum 30 dollar brokerage fee for processing the customs documentation , plus a 10 dollar COD for the brokerage fee and finally Canadian provincial sales tax on everything, even the 10 dollar COD has sales tax. Quite often the fees exceed the original value of the item. Free trade my ass!!
