Undo the two torx bolts whilst supporting mirror. Remove, unplug bullet plug as you remove. Plug new mirror in, fit against door and re-fit screws and cover. BTW I've got a spare mirror, I'll plug it onto mine and make sure its okay, £15 okay if it is? > > 2. Tappety noise when under load. Glad your happy with it, dropped you a mail back eariler today with some bits and bobs to check, further to that Grunff's sugestion of checking the tappets is a good one. Interesting it happened after a sustained high speed run, its unusual for a tappet to go like that usualy its gradualy over a few thousand miles. Have you tried the stethoscope/screwdriver approach to try and pin point it? Certainly a slight leak from the manifold could sound like you describe, manifold-turbo gasket is a good suspect, if you've done any mileage with a leak there should be a touch of carbon around the leak which will help you pin point it.
