No, they are human enough to make mistakes, just as I sometimes do. ;-) I would just prefer to have someone that has more expertise than a gas station attendant fiddling with my cars, especially if I am going to be paying them. Otherwise I might as well do it myself and save the $$. Plus they certainly should not command over $200 an hour labor rates... Why do you protest?
