Check out the i-Trip from Griffin Technology.  They've got a good
reputation in the Mac community for building quality accessories, and
while I don't have one (not yet owning an iPod, y'see), it's first on
my to-buy list once I have an iPod.  Transmits over FM, doesn't need
cables or it's own batteries.
