I think if anyone tried to actually use their services, they would have to be the kind of person who had to check when told that they wouldn't find gullible in any dictionary. just for the record. dvla.gov.uk is the UK Vehicle licensing service/company. The real site doesn't offer passports of any kind. It really is a big joke concern, no one in their right mind would consider taking them seriously with just one look at the quality of the site they "Operate" from.
