I only paid $600 for the Saab to start with, and threw another couple hundred at it for a thermostat, oil change and voltage regulator. Now if I didn't have another car, I would have to reconsider. Hey if anyone feels strongly enough about it to buy the thing from me for say....$100, that's an option too :). I'm in northeast MA. I figured donating it to the Saab shop might earn me some goodwill down the road since they also work on Toyotas (which my wife drives) :). Thanks for all the help and suggestions though, while my Saab may be at the end of its life, I find the internet Saab community here to be very mature and helpful, something which you don't find often enough on the net.
