I did a repair on a 95 heater box a few weeks ago, It entails the following: Remove front seats, carpet, centre console, air bags, entire dash, steering column, dash support, wiring harness, drain air con and a few bits under the bonnet {hood}, as the heater box is bolted through the bulkhead. If you have never done one allow 18 hours plus to do the job. Personally I would rather go to the dentist. Regards,Tom, Saabtech.
