Subject: Running Lights

Is there any way to get true running lights on my newly acquired 2000 9.5 Aero? Are the only options Headlights full on whenever the car is running or parking lights on whenever it is running or as a third option remove fuse #36 (I think) and have all the light modes controlled manually. The "Full Headlight " option over uses the charging circuit and reduces recharging capability considerably. Where I live, running lights are a legal requirement in newer cars. Using the fog lights might be an answer. Do they draw less than the headlights? Unfortunately my fogs stay on when the engine is shutdown and I am too forgetful to turn them n each time I start off and would never remember to turn them off. Malcolm Mason MWM1removenospamedu
