Part number 40 15 202 suggests that it is "an air removal valve", part of "ETS in intake/exhaust system". Term is quotes are my best translation from foreign version of EPC CD. I have no English version on hand, so I cannot tell if my terms are perfectly accurate, sorry. Br:Z
