Before I go too deeply into trying to fine the answer to this myself... My front left high beam is out on my 1999, saab 9-3SE convertible. Bulb and fuse under the hood are fine. The fuse under the hood does not have 12 volts across it with fuse removed. Meaning that there is a break somewhere before that fuse or the return ground is broke (Now that I think of it I could check that). Does any one know of another fuse or some thing that may cause the high beam light to not function? Any help would be appreciated. thanks keith
