What is it? And what does it do? I do not know about the trunk, but my '87 900T has a white plastic tank in the right front inner wheel well, it is a vacuum buffer tank, right next to the power steering oil reservoir. It has one rubber hose running to the intake manifold and one disapearing behind the dashboard to the ventilation control valve. -- MH '72 97 '77 96 '78 95 '79 96 '87 900T8
