Subject: Horn doesn't work right.



  have 2000 9-3 and the upper right hand "spoke" of the horn pad doesn't 
work (no beep) when I press on it.  The other three "spokes" of the horn pad 
work fine.

How could I fix this?  Thanks in advance for all replies.
