Thanks for the tips. You were right. In my case, BOTH relays had fallen out. Boy was it a nightmare getting them back in! I had to remove the driver's seat from the car. The relays are in a location that is impossible to get to without removing the seat memory module once the seat is completely out of the car. Removing the seat memory module is a chore in of itself. All tolled, I spent about 4 hours on this today!
