The caliper adjusters are hidden behind a (14mm?) bolt on the inboard face of each caliper. You need to remove these bolts, and use a 7mm allen key to adjust. This is an unusual size; most sets don't have a 7mm. and you may need to buy one especially. The procedure for setting up the brakes is outlined here: <http://68.18.144.120/brake_folder/rearbrakewebrake.htm> It is essential that you follow the procedure - getting the brakes to work correctly is almost impossible if you do things out of sequence.
