(This part needs more study though.) Replaced blown fuel pump fuse- didn't help, change anything. I am wondering if there is something else besides the FP relay that can inhibit the 12 volts going to it? My ext plan is to hot wire around the FP relay and verify I can get 12v to the pump at all.
