If there was a magical ingredient that made oil better then you can bet oil companies would offer premium overpriced oils containing them. Plain old full synthetic changed at reasonable intervals will help ensure long life of your engine and turbo. I recommend quality oil filters as well, personally I use Mann W917's, but OEM Saab filters are quite good as well. Avoid Fram, they're about as crummy as they get.
