Subject: saab 92x

I've have just bought a saab 92x aero.I have no problem with it being a, "Saab tuned Subaru WRX," as the WRX is a real performance bargan. The saab changes are considerable; no longer really homely, bigger brakes, WRX XTI steering, Saab seats, and quiter. I don't care about the 92 being a real saab. The last real Saabs were pre 1993 Saab 900s. Both the 9000 and lated 900s-93s shared platforms with other manufacturers. My last car a 1996 saab 900s was a nicly Saab tuned European General motors product. The Saan snobbyness from owners of cross platform Saabs seems silly to me. The 92x was steeply discounted, I bought mine for $22,800, less than the Subaru WRX and a better though similar car.
