Does anyone know what the wire coming from the + terminal should >be connected to? It might not be the same in a 1986 C900, but in the C900's the B+ terminal connects to terminal 30 of the starter motor, and terminal D+ connects to one leg of the charging lamp in the instrument cluster via one of the pins in 29-pin connector 152C. The charging system diagram doesn't make any reference to the '+' terminal on the alternator.
