Here in the UK, there's always been a certain 'cachet' about Swedish cars. Probably a mixture of safety, durability, technological features ( like the turbos ) and style. And fabulous seats too ! Call me a stickler but I think that designed and built in Sweden has a certain appeal. In the meantime GM seems to want to build German cars in Sweden and Swedish cars in Germany. Where's the logic in that ? Graham
