It's a compression sleeve crimped on a rubber hose, to couple the hard steel line to the rubber section of the line for vibration and drivetrain movement purposes. The only options I'd consider are either getting a new clutch line from Saab, or taking the old one to an Aeroquip or other hydraulic hose maker and have them make one just like it. Dave Hinz
