look in the yellow pages (or have him look) (1) for a SAAB dealer or 
specialist (2)for a Bosch certified shop (they ought to use a logo in 
the ad). (3) check with a GM dealer (Chevy, any of them) and ask if they 
know of a SAAB dealer or Zone service rep within XX miles. (4) Call SAAB 
USA (find it on their website).
