My former 9000 was an 130 hp normally aspirated engine, the current is an 150 hp turbo, two completely different cars but I think the main difference being the turbo, which makes the car much quicker. My brother borrowed the 9000 auto for some time when his C900, 118 (or maybe it is 130 since it is a 16-valve engine) hp manual was in the garage, and he felt the 9000 to be equally fast and much more comfortable. -- th
