Much better service than the dealers and at half the price. I was surprised when I got a letter from Saab USA adding a sludge damage warranty up to 200,000 miles with NO !!! NO time limit. But the letter did stress frequent oil changes and I use Saab oil from the Saab dealer. It is very cheap insurance. Malcolm
