If so, what am I looking for in terms of > part and how difficult a job is it? You mean it works the same way as during daylight hours - i.e. it's a high beam flash ? On 9000s there's a control box in the relay compartment under the hood that contains some electronics ( logic chips and stuff ) that sorts this out. It's red coloured - at least I think that's the one. It's noted for developing problems. Usually it's just 'cold solder joints' - actually it's vibration that causes them to go 'open circuit' - from the printed ciruit board to the push in tabs and is easily fixed by anyone competent with a soldering iron and some common sense. If it's the same for 900s I'd simply get a spare from a scrapped car and try a swap. It's highly unlikely it's the stalk itself. Graham
