Again, my grandfather lived to be 75 on a pack of Craven A filterless and a pint of Gin daily and did not allow a Radio or a television in the house. He was a QC here in Nova Scotia and so never spent any real time at exercise. So - in the face of the obvious life shortening aspects associated with the former - I sometimes wonder if he may have known a fair bit more about technology than you and I given the latter.
